My dad is a huge fan of Edward G. Robinson. He's an old actor who used to star in gangster movies and he always had a cigar in his mouth. Many cartoonists have done a character of him. Anyway, my first reaction to your caption was picturing your dog saying, "Yeah, see???" The way EGR used to do in his movies. Well... as you say, it makes ME laugh. :)
