Cookies!
So, I made cookies today and they were just awesome! They consisted of two amazing, chocolate-ish wafers filled with this delectible, white, something (lard?) filling. I taught the kids how to take apart the cookie and eat the center first. Crazy! We even decorated each and every cookie with a complex pattern. Here, why don't you take a look at our creation:

Oh my goodness! I made cookies today too, only the outside of our cookie was made with a soft dough and filled with a perfectly sugar coasted fig. I think the recipe came from Mr. Newton. Have you heard of him? ;-)
